Got North Atlantic Gas? You'll need this NATO gas mask, M51 model, in an olive drab canvas bag. Lightly used surplus, it includes a definitely-not-guaranteed cartridge filter. Adjustable mask is medium olive drab/brown. The cartridge screws directly into it below the nose, so it's the symmetrical, alien-look, type.
